The Balmoral House is an intimate setting for weddings, social parties, corporate meetings, and events as well as non-profit fundraisers. This property has been in The Eaton Family for over 60 years—first as a farm, then as a family homestead. To continue a family legacy of hosting family celebrations, The Balmoral House was converted into a wedding & events venue in 2016.

This private space is a hidden gem in Fishers, IN, consisting of three floors, each with its own ambiance, décor, and function. There are various event spaces on each floor with varying capacities that have potential to be rented individually. 

The many amenities of The Balmoral House include crystal chandeliers, mahogany wood and granite bar, handicap accessible bathrooms, two separate lighted, paved parking lots, 20+ acres of landscaped grounds, trees, grassy lawns, water features and lavender fields.

The Balmoral House is handicap accessible via outside ramps that enter the two main event spaces. Several handicap parking spaces are located next to The Balmoral House walkway .
