The moment I toured The Balmoral House I knew I wanted to get married at this venue. I loved the beautiful space and grounds. Everything about this venue was perfect from day one and it was so easy getting ahold of our venue manager(s) throughout the planning process. Sarah was so helpful answering any questions and concerns I had leading up to the wedding. When both my fiancé and I tested positive for Covid two days before the wedding, Sarah and her team were incredibly flexible working with us to find a new date. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and understanding during an incredibly stressful situation.
On our wedding day we worked with Jamie and she was so kind and helpful throughout the entire day. I also was so impressed by the service from the bar staff and we got many compliments about the quality of the drinks and service.
We had an amazing wedding despite having to reschedule to a Sunday and are so happy with the service from The Balmoral House. I would definitely recommend The Balmoral House to anyone and would for sure use this venue again for a future event!
The Balmoral House was a BEAUTIFUL venue. Our wedding day couldn’t have been better. The weather, the scenery, the venue everything about the Balmoral House epitomizes the class and elegance of the wedding you’re looking for.
The Balmoral House was the perfect venue for our special day! We got married outside on the beautiful garden patio, used the deck for cocktail hour and danced the night way inside! Its is the most elegant and gorgeous property, hidden away to the point that it feels like your own private estate. The staff was great to work with, they were very knowledge and accommodating with our requests. I highly recommend this venue to any bride or group looking to host a event. It was the best day of our life! Thank you Balmoral House for bringing my vision to life and creating the most magical day.

We have the coordinators to thank for everything! Sarah and her team were an absolute dream to work with, and were always in our court. We are still getting so many compliments on the whole day coming together so well.
If you’re having a small to medium size wedding, go ahead and just book this venue. It was perfect for our 50 person wedding in October. The venue and grounds are beautiful and there are tons of photo locations on site. There are so many options for ceremony and reception locations all within one venue. The staff is amazing - a special shoutout to our day of coordinator Sarah and her assistant Jamie - for making our day run so smoothly. They offer an in house “day of coordinator” which we would 100% recommend and it is well worth the relatively small additional cost. With the day of coordination, we/our families did not have to lift a finger, all set up and tear down was arranged and they handled getting all of our vendors set up.

My husband Andy and I were married at the Balmoral House in Fishers, IN in September of 2021. We utilized a substantial amount of the event space that Balmoral has to offer--our ceremony was held out at the Pergola, we had cocktail hour down by the bar and on the back patio, dinner upstairs in Eaton Hall, and dancing out on the grand deck. The bridal party expanded into the multi-room ready space upstairs for their preparation; the groom's party gathered down in their basement space for their own suiting up. The wedding party used the Hideaway downstairs for quick breaks and make-up fixes before formal photos. We really expanded to fill the space that was available to us, and felt right at home doing so.
Our venue coordinator, Sarah Salinas, as well as all of the Balmoral staff were great to work with. I was in direct contact with Sarah for a lot of the planning and was grateful to her for her endless patience answering a million different questions, many of which were thought of piecemeal and fired off in countless separate emails. She was never anything other than enthusiastic and excited for us; she was a joy to work with.
We chose this venue because of the outdoor ceremony space at the pergola, and because of its amenities like ready room spaces, full bar, grand deck, and dinner space. Another venue we looked at was quite disparate in its room arrangement--everything was segmented, and there wasn't much natural flow from one area to the next, which we feared would discourage guests from mingling comfortably. The grounds at Balmoral were also great backdrops for photos. The staff even allowed us to supply the bar with some custom cocktail recipes themed around our event, and set up a canopy near the ceremony site for the bridal party to get staged in prior to the ceremony.
Ultimately, what it boils down to is that Balmoral is a gorgeous, people-friendly venue space, staffed by enthusiastic people who did everything in their power to make our wedding day the perfect day that we wanted it to be. We would absolutely recommend the Balmoral House if you're looking for a space for your own big day. It was a completely positive experience from our initial walkthrough until we climbed into our getaway car at the end of the evening. We're pleased that Balmoral will always be part of our wedding day memories.
We are so happy we found this place to have our wedding! The whole venue feels very homey and has everything you need in one. There's an entire upstairs floor for the bridal party to get ready before the ceremony, and several different beautiful areas for the ceremony, reception and dancing. All of our guests were giving compliments to how beautiful the venue was left and right. Everythign was gorgeously put together and the staff made everything seamless. We were so lucky to have Sarah Salinas as our day of coordinator to make sure our vision came to life! High recommend this place! It is a little pricey but worth it.
Balmoral is a beautiful former golf course in the middle of suburbia, ringed in with trees and absolutely worth a visit if only to scope it out. My wife and I basically knew immediately that it was right for us. It's got trees, ponds, little hills, and immaculate landscaping (I don't want to know how much that costs). For the wedding part, the pricing was reasonable for what we wanted, they offered a lot of stuff in house - like security, tableware, chairs, etc. Which was great for us since we were trying to keep things somewhat simple. They had a healthy list of options for vendors, the people there clearly knew of most of the local florists, cake cakers, etc. The venue isn't everyone's style, but we got great service and a great wedding day.
As the mother of the groom, Balmoral was super easy to work with from setting up the venue to the day of the wedding, They are very responsive and can offer lots of suggestions if needed. They have the perfect outdoor space and the ability to move indoors at a moments notice. Sarah and Jamie helped arrange and pick out our linens along with placement of weddng items. Jamie was our day of coordinator and we could not asked for a kinder more helpful coordinator. She was there to answer any questions and help out when we really needed it. I highly recommend The Balmoral House. You won't be disappointed!
This was a wonderful experience, beautiful event space, staff was great and very professional. Our guest loved the facility and were wanting the space for their next event. Overall, exceeded our expectations
