Guests will enjoy fresh air under the Edison lights overhead. Use this space as a dance floor with a DJ, ceremony location with a string quartet or cocktail hour space with yard games.

The Cottage is a casual chic venue with the flexibility to meet your wedding, corporate or social event’s needs. This large, single room layout with a cozy fireplace, large built-in bar, full windows along three walls leading to a private wrap-around deck is located next door to The Balmoral House.

Experience the elegance and charm of our outdoor spaces.

From the lavender fields amongst golf course greens to the Waterfront Pergola on the far side our our pond, our property boasts many opportunities for picturesque photos. We also offer the option to reserve our golf cart for guests needing assistance moving around the property.

Breathtaking photo sites include our pond, paths, bridges, benches, historic trees and lush landscaping featuring gorgeous roses, hydrangea bushes and evergreens.
